Winery Reservations
- Minimum reservation group size: 6
- Maximum reservation group size: 10
- On weekends, we are unable to accept multiple table reservations. If you have made more than one reservation under the same name, we will reach out and let you know that we are unable to accommodate them all.
- Larger groups of 11 or more can walk-in, but may be split into multiple tables. Tables may not be together.
- We accept reservations up to 14 days in advance due to our private event bookings, which finalize their plans two weeks before their events. This policy allows us to accurately determine table availability for regular dining reservations once we have confirmed the space requirements for private functions.
- We will hold reservations for 15 minutes. Please call or text 440-552-2815 if you are running late or need to cancel.
- Table time limit is 3 hours, but you may stay longer if we are not busy. If there is a waitlist, we will let you know if your party needs to give up the table after 3 hours.
- Table locations cannot be guaranteed due to our flexible floor plan and café-style setup. This includes specific seating requests and proximity to other parties.
- Depending on private events and staffing, you may have to go to another building to place your food and wine orders.
- All reservations are for indoor tables. However, our outdoor patio is also available on a first-come-first-serve basis (weather permitting). If you prefer to be seated outside, simply let our greeter know upon arrival. Keep in mind that choosing an outdoor table means giving up your indoor reservation.
- If a booking conflict occurs or a specific date/time cannot be selected, it means that the reservation slots have been filled or it is outside business hours.
- After 5 PM on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, our greeters will gladly help you find a seat for your reservation. If you need assistance during other times, don't hesitate to ask one of our knowledgeable wine tenders or café staff.
