Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure impeccable facility cleanliness and adherence to health protocols
• Manage opening/closing procedures, including inventory and POS operations
• Lead and develop staff, fostering a positive, high-performance culture

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years management experience, preferably in hospitality
• Expert in customer service, communication, and business optimization
• Passionate about product quality and team development
• Adaptable problem-solver with strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (required)
